Winning bidder will be contact via email to schedule an appointment to empty their winning unit. There is a $100.00 cash deposit required which will be refunded once the unit is completely empty. We do require a reservation to come onto property as a safety precaution, the facility is open from 7am-3pm and the winning bidder must remove all items from the unit, as we do not have any dumpsters on site.
